"Accounts team are shocking"
Trackers worked, however since we've finished using them we've had nothing but trouble. Accounts team extremely hard work and uncontactable. Sending debt recovery letters which are incorrect when we've even had confirmation that there's nothing to be paid to them!!

After a fair few days of researching vehicle trackers I was recently referred to ABAX by a local business. I must say it was an outstanding experience. ABAX's customer support is exceptional, ensuring all my queries are addressed promptly. Jack in particular is an asset to the team, always at the end of the phone when i have a question or query about what the tracker can do. The installation was hassle-free, and the tracker itself offers accurate real-time tracking. The app is really user friendly and offers a wealth of data from many different angles of the app, making things like; reporting, milage, productivity, vehicle maintenance and much more data hassle free to understand and extract from the app and generally making my job much easier.

The units are sent out for self fit. I use another tracking for my other company. They come out and fit so done properly. Not sure if abax or Zego but not much correspondence or help.
Fitting of the units would improve service greatly

"Shocking accounts department"
The trackers work well, however the accounts department are shocking. Our direct debit was never processed resulting in a number of payments being missed. Abax did not notice we hadn't been paying and it was only me calling they realised. Its taken nearly a year for them to do anything. The staff are not very helpful and never call you back.

As a company we have used abax for 7+ years, the system is constantly being improved and upgraded and has always worked very well for us.
The customer service is always second to none and i would recommend abax to anybody in the market for a vehicle tracking system.
