Several of the items received were incorrect. It was a large order and mistakes happen, but when I contacted Nisbets it was claimed that the correct items had been 'lost in transit' (so how come I had the correct number of packages - just the wrong ones?). The correct items were sent out promptly and I asked to return the incorrect ones but the I had to ask to rearrange both the date and address for their collection because there would be no-one at home. The date was changed BUT the courier was sent to the original address to find (what a surprise) there was no-one in! Not an impressive first experience with Nisbets.

They said next day delivery but we didn't get it till the 4th day that too only half came still awaiting for remaining delivery. God knows they will keep up with the promise ..
Think twice if you need something sooner before you order with them.

Promised delivery on the 15th April, this deadline was missed and then promised on the 17th which again did not happen. No phone calls received despite my constant chasing. Promised delivery on the 22nd but again it did not happen, I phoned again and was told that the supplier had two fridges but both were damaged and were out of stock so I would have to cancel the order and get a refund.
Customer servide is very poor and we will not use them again
