I'm brand new to polymer clay & it was nearly over before I started, (because I was trying to create things using a clay I had purchased from somewhere else & wasn't the real stuff), but I then came across Craft Cellar! Craft Cellar gave me such great advice, guided me with options of clay that would be suitable for my needs. The customer service from Natalie, the owner of CC was absolutely 5 stars and more, something that is rare to find nowadays! I received my clay and am super happy with it. I'm now enjoying creating jewellery and playing around with new techniques. Seeing that Craft Cellar sells all sorts of bits relating to polymer clay, I will for sure be shopping from there as my first choice. CC has a fantastic large choice of colours in different brands to choose from too which is great as feel confident to purchase again and try out more. I don't usually leave many reviews online but with so many dodgy unhonest sites out there, Craft Cellar is more than deserving of being mentioned as an honest, helpful & having a legit stock of craft goods.

My second time ordering from Craft Cellar and again I received such an excellent service all round. There’s a good selection of the polymer clays I like at a very reasonable price, and on both occasions my order was dispatched very quickly and in protective packaging. Any queries or problems, emails are replied to quickly. There was an issue with my last order thanks to Royal Mail, Natalie very kindly sorted this. I couldn’t be happier with the first class service I received on both occasions and I most highly recommend!

Excellent service! Excellent choice of clay and fantastic customer service from Natalie who was really helpful a quick to respond to emails. She was really friendly in her communication and went out of her way to assist with my order and send my delivery as quickly as possible. Delivery was well packaged and arrived the next day.
Overall excellent choice of products, brilliant customer service and delivery!
