A special mention for John from TAPCO who visited my property on 19th November 2018 to damp proof the wall below my front windows.
John arrived early each day and left the premises in an immaculate condition.
He explained the stages of work to be carried out at the start of the day and finished on time.
John should be commended for his high standard of workmanship.
His attention to detail was excellent and his commitment to professionalism can only be admired.

Your company has a good work ethic, from Vlad who came to survey the problem through Nicky Parkinson who arranged for the work to be carried out as an urgent option
and thanks for the excellent job from Wayne. He was very helpful in drawing up measurements of where the wooden battens are behind the new plasterboard to enable me to re-affix the radiator. He even came down to assist me when I was demolishing a shed in the back garden.

Professional, friendly, helpful service from beginning to end. Really helpful office staff who arranged a quick meeting with the building manager pre-build. The building manager reassured me and advised us how to prepare our home ready for the build. He was punctual, polite and friendly and took every effort to protect our home and belongings from building dust. The work was finished to a high standard and earlier than expected. Thank you Tapco. I would highly recommend this company.

"Roof, damp repairs and hopper replacement"

Completed replacement hopper, lead lined gutter of London Roof and replaced tiles. Internal replacement of water damaged joists in the loft.

Pete and Ivan carried out the work. They were extremely friendly, arrived on time, worked hard, despite awful weather, to get the job finished on time and completed the job on budget. They kept us informed of the work at all times and worked around our two toddlers. It was a pleasure to have them complete the work and i would seek them out for future roof work

Brilliant job.
Tapco have been and sorted out the rising damp problem in my house.
The workman were brilliant. I felt confident with them straight away.
There work is to a high standard, they cleared up after themselves and their banter is fab.

Tapco performed to an extremely high level of customer service for me along with the damp proofing being installed to a very high standard also, they resolved an ever lasting damp problem we had in the family home for years. Communication was quick and the turn around for booking the work in was so prompt and they kept me informed from start to finish , after years of damp problems my home is finally damp free!! Could not reccomened John and his team enough!

I live a two hour drive from the property in question but Tapco were helpful and obliging from the start. There were two issues during the work being completed that I, as the customer, should have sorted but Tapco went the extra mile and sorted these for me. The tenants reported the workmen to be clean, tidy and efficent. When contacting the office, whoever I spoke to knew who I was, where the work was being carried out and what was going on. Lovely people with sense of humour... 10 out of 10 and a Gold Star.
