Ordered gel for my back pain on 21st December. Received today 9th January. I had to go to a local pharmacy to buy some as this took too long. Will not be buying from this company again . Said 2 to 3 days delivery more like weeks.

I would of given this company -0 stars if I could. I've ordered twice from this company. Delivery takes forever despite paying a delivery fee "within 2-5 days". My first order took 2 weeks to arrive - I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. I waited 2 weeks to see if it would arrive, and low behold nothing. Even after a number of emails requesting for a tracking number and eta, they provided the same automated reply “Regrettably, we've experienced some unforeseen delays recently due to a surge in orders during this busy time of year. This sudden increase has created a backlog, causing temporary disruptions in our processing and dispatching operations”
I gave up in the end and requested for a refund! AWFUL company.

Placed an order 11 days ago and since then received not communication. Rang them to be given another number to ring. This number had a recorded message saying that they were not taking calls. The company is abosolutely useless so avoid dealing with them or be prepared for the consequences.

I ordered painkilling medication when in urgent need. After six days I contacted ayp to enquire about the delay and after another day was emailed that the item was being despatched. I am still waiting and still in pain. Never again!

Ordered medication 8 days ago not even dispatched yet. Asked for cancellation and full refund they ignored the request saying it is just due to a backlog of orders. I need my medication, they are not fit to trade in the healthcare sector.

ABSOLUTELY avoid using this company. Appalling service, well no service at all I order teething gel for my granddaughter who’s suffering with her teething so more time for her to wait in pain reading the other comments very much doubt I’ll get a refund or replacement for my order. I’ve never written a bad review in trust pilot but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I used them in march and my order never arrived. I was sorted in the end with a refund from my bank. I buy my medicine locally now.
I think I'll keep doing that to save the additional expense on tablets I needed for the headache I got from the last experience.

Mum just received emails asking for more information meaning order number and other personal information otherwise they'll remove comments.
Draconian tracing going on now with di$strust pil0t.
They know you might not have an order number nor wants to be tracked and traced so this is how they will achieve that to get comments removed and that's every major company now.
Beware.
My mum can't respond as I won't when I get the email for this comment but shows you, you can't always trust a company that has the word trust in it!!!

Awful service, well no service. I ordered and paid for 2 packets of 8 tablets. After questioning a number of times why I needed them, they said they would only supply 8 tablets. The order never arrived yet they charged me for both packets of 8 tablets and delivery. Avoid this company

I needed to reorder my wife's eye drops. As I had had good service previously I returned for top up. I checked prices and you came out favourably. The order was placed after using the simple Web process
The order was fulfilled and delivered on time. Keep up the good work.
