Ich - alte Dame von inzwischen 69 Jahren - hatte mir vor 7 Jahren ein paar Coinanteile zusammengekauft und vermeintlich gesichert auf einem Ledger Nano S, der damals noch über eine Google-Chrome-App zugänglich war. Alle nötigen Daten - nämlich Passwort und Seed - hatte ich ordentlich notiert und aufbewahrt.

Als ich nach all diesen Jahren nun im Januar 2024 das Wallet wieder mal einsehen wollte, kam unter der inzwischen neuen Ledger-Live-App kein Verbindungsaufbau zustande. Ich fiel aus allen Wolken!
Da ich ja den Seed vollständig hatte, kaufte ich mir ein neues Hardware-Wallet - BitBox02 - um dieses mit der vorhandenen alten Seedphrase einzurichten, aber auch damit traten meine Coins nicht in Erscheinung.
Wochen- und viele schlaflose Nächte lang grübelte ich, grub mich durchs Internet um herauszufinden, woran es liegen konnte. Leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich fand dann in meiner Not das geniale, und zumindest in Deutschland, bisher noch einzigartige Dienstleistungsangebot von ReWallet. Bastian hat nach einigen telefonischen Kontakten mein Vertrauen gewonnen und das Team hat mir innerhalb weniger Tage meine Coins wieder zugänglich gemacht.
