The person helping me understood the problem straight away and didn't hesitate to give me good options on how to resolve it. I had two accounts by mistake, having trialled VidIQ under a different email address to the one I use for my channel.
All I said to them was that it looks like I'm being billed twice and they knew exactly what I meant and asked which one I want to keep.
After telling them which one and that I never really used the other outside the trial they blew me away by offering to credit the amount billed under the unused account. I didn't even ask for it but it was what I was hoping for. Then to top it off they added a discount to my sub for the next couple of months!
I'm blown away by how quickly it was resolved, how knowledgeable the assistance was and that I didn't have to justify anything to them, I was fully expecting arguments or being handballed between different departments like I did talking to my ISP recently.
Absolutely no hesitation in giving 5 stars.
