Repairs required on the equipment and preventive maintenance is always done in a timely manner. Only concern is long wait times for receiving new slings and parts for mechanical lifts. Most times, these are not readily available and wait times can be long.

It was caught early so it was good...in future please be aware of this as we don't want to go through this again...maybe next time it could be missed.

Technician seems to be friendly and knowledgeable, was able to provide useful information. He conducted a very thorough inspection of the equipment as well an inventory list of necessary parts and material to either repair or replaced. Although I'm still waiting for the final summary report but all in all it was very satisfactory. Job well done.
