"Be careful"

Hello,

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the March swimsuit sale. I was preparing for a vacation and decided to purchase a few swimsuits. However, upon receiving the items, I immediately noticed that some of them were too small for me because I had not taken proper measurements. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting customer service, but unfortunately, it was a lengthy and challenging process to have them accept the return. I found their lack of responsiveness disappointing.

Ultimately, they offered a resolution in the form of a 6-month coupon instead of a refund. I believe this solution is unreasonable, as I have no intention of making another purchase within the next 6 months. I wanted to share this experience with others, especially fellow girls, to make them aware that this company does not offer monetary refunds but provides coupons instead.

No customer care, inflexible
approach despite extremely limited stock. Refund policy not in line with most reputable brands and is misleading. They refused to refund despite me following the policy on the main page of website, sent some unprofessional emails. In the end I had to order something I didn’t want using an issued credit note. There is nothing suitable from their 4 or so items on the website. I won’t wear it. I really would not recommend this company. I’ve been buying online for years and haven’t had a negative experience.

I now have 3 bikinis from Topaz and I love every single one. Every single detail as been carefully thought out from the branded wallets that the swimwear comes in that you can use to pack in your suitcase, to the gold metal details on each piece which feel such good quality, and the FABRIC - wow! The materials, the colours, the high quality is fabulous. The material is thick and designed to perfection so the bikinis sit and hug you in all the right places, the swimsuits cinch you in around the waist, and don’t sag after being in the pool or sea. I have the navy blue sparkly bikini set, the black swimsuit which feels like velvet, and the green triangle bikini which is the most gorgeous emerald green. I absolutely love everything that the brand stands for and would rather spend more on my swimwear that will last me years than buying into cheap brands that may last me a couple of holidays at a push. I can’t wait for more styles and colour ways to be released so I can keep adding to my growing collection!
