EDIT 2: I orginally copied and pasted the email from the website to make certain there was no typo. I just did the same from my email. It was sent to help@altogetherdental followed by .com. This website does not allow email addresses in reviews. The subject is: "Why did you just bill me again?" That same thread has 4 emails across 3 days.
EDIT: Changing from 1 star to 3. I had received the copy of the cancellation request on March 12th via email. I then got charged again on April 12th. I left 3 emails asking why it wasn't canceled and still charging me with no response to any of those. I finally got in touch with someone via chat that finally got it cancelled. They did refund the charges. If you decide to cancel, I would suggest only using chat as they don't answer emails and the cancellation form you fill out via the website does not work, at least not for me.
I implore you to read this before signing up. They are yet another company that will not let you cancel. I have attempted to cancel multiple times, and they continue to bill me. DO NOT DO IT!!

This is a scam. Their concierge booking service did nothing and no dentist office in my area recognizes this service. They did text me two weeks after signing up, only to gaslight me about what they provide.

I spoke to Human rep: Fernanda. She was more than helpful. She answered alllllllll of my questions, with kindness, professionalism and she had tons of patience. She didn't seem like she was in a hurry, and answered everything I asked. Now, I know that I can add a family member to dental plan, even after I submit subscription for myself. And, also that the monthly rate will NOT change. I can sign up whenever I choose to. Thanks girl! you rock!

This review is more specifically aimed at the customer service Altogether provides, and even more specifically to their customer service specialist Fernanda. I have never experienced customer service in chat format that left me anything short of wanting to rip my hair out. Fernanda answered all of my questions in an easy to understand, friendly and honest manner. I have not utilized the service yet so I cannot yet speak to the efficacy of the discounts but the customer service impressed me so much i had to leave a review which is something i generally wouldn't do honestly (in fact this is the first review i have ever felt compelled to leave on this site).
