In my opinion, all surveyors would know the theory as they all are registered professionals. What really makes a surveyor stands out is their attention to detail. This is what I found in Enrico. Enrico completed a level 2 survey for the purchase of a residential semi-detached 3 bedroom house in Ruislip Manor for myself and my partner.

I cannot recommend Enrico enough! He was friendly, timely, thorough, gave us his time to go through the survey on a call (while he was on holiday!) and provided opinion and advice on risk so that we could focus our attention where needed or understand the types of repair or maintenance work required.
