I have placed numerous orders with Kelly at ils, I have recieved my items within 3 days of ordering if not quicker.
Kelly is so helpful and friendly, she helps if and when she can, and I asked alot of questions as I'm new to submilation.
The goods at ils are great quality and reasonably priced.

I wasn’t sure what I was doing when I started sublimation But Kelly was super helpful and I placed an it was posted out that same day an then received the next day super fast delivery as usually when company’s dispatch I’ve seen it take a good week to 2 as I live at the top of Scotland….. I couldn’t fault the service an the items I received will defo be ordering again.

Absolutely fantastic service. Items are 1st class quality and sub beautifully. I haven't waited more than two days for my items, if I order early enough they are dispatched the same day, if its later then they are dispatched the next day!
Kelly herself is a godsend, always there to lend a hand, answer any questions (and I had alot when I first started sublimation).
