"BEWARE"

BEWARE. TeamHancil. I was trying to avoid giving this review but recent issues have pushed us over the edge. Not a great experience from the outset and the after sales service is appallingly bad. They are poor communicators and failed to acknowledge emails in a timely manner. In addition, they are very difficult to get hold of by phone. They specialise in Auction sales hence why we used them. They work alongside i-am sold in the same building which are even worse. Following completion 4 weeks ago we are still reminding them of their obligations with the buyers solicitors. As a result, we are being chased for payments by Managing Agents and other third parties. If you do have to use them be prepared to continually chase up matters and have a good knowledge in property matters. A very stressful experience and is still going on now which is causing some distress.
20/03/24. We had put a persons name in the above but have been asked to remove it, which we have done, otherwise our review would have been removed! Also, we are no further forward really, as still receiving reminders that we owe money (although we are told we can now ignore these), but 1 issue still outstanding and we have received no apology what so ever. Not happy customers and the saga continues.......
