I recently worked with W&P for policies and procedures for my care at-home/ housing support services (Domiciliary) organisation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The process was seamless—they took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored their approach to ensure the policies were compliant with The care inspectorate standards but also aligned with our company culture. The documents they delivered were clear, comprehensive, and easy to implement.
They were always available to answer questions and made revisions promptly whenever needed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

The only downside is some of their legislation is English and not Scottish which we had to correct ourselves.
