Just as I was about to give up and cancel my online booking Mickey came through and saved the day. Mickey went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a flight that accommodated my inflexible travel date and time when my chosen one was overbooked. He gave me several options and explained things in detail keeping me posted along the process. He also added travel insurance to my flight at no added cost and made sure our seats were assigned in advance since I was traveling with children. In the end he made it happen and now my family will be going to Hawaii after all. A HUGE THANK YOU to Mickey for his EXCELLENT customer service!!!
