Passed first time with Bill Plant and my instructor was Sheriyiah. Couldn’t have asked for a more suitable teacher.
Sheri was the perfect teacher - tough, fair, patient and incredibly understanding. I wasn’t a natural driver at all when I started, and I was coached through my anxieties about sitting behind the driving seat. Could not recommend Sheri more as an instructor.

"Bought 10 hours of lessons at the start…"

Bought 10 hours of lessons at the start of 2025 and within that time until now I have had only two lessons. My driving instructor named Rashad constantly cancelled lessons both on the day of and a day before the lesson was going to take place. Some lessons he didn’t even let me know that he wasn’t going to bother turning up. I have wasted 4 months with this company and have nothing to show for it and I have now been refunded my 8 lessons. I am not happy at all as my first two lessons are now more or less pointless as they happened so long ago. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all, very difficult to get hold of customer service and waiting times are very poor.

Airidas (Adam) was an amazing teacher. He made me feel comfortable and confident driving. He went out of his way to plan lessons which made me a better driver, including going to new areas or going on faster roads. I always felt his priority was making me a good driver rather than just helping me to pass a test (which actually makes passing the test easier). He was flexible with hours and never cancelled or was late. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, especially after a couple of bad experiences elsewhere.

I heard Sajeela’s name from 3 different people that just passed their test, I had no option but to start driving with her, she really gave me everything I needed even coming out on Eid day just to get me prepared! Honestly, I couldn’t have relied on anyone else to get me prepared, I just passed and my theory test expires next week! Thank you so much Sajeela! It was an impossible task getting me ready in time! Truly appreciated.
