"A rare breed – reliable, responsive and good work"

I've been using CHParker for about 10 years - they have done big jobs (a bathroom renovation, external pointing work) and small, and always done an excellent job. They are one of the few builders who are reliable – if they say they are going to come and quote, they will. Recently, they came to my rescue when a mains water pipe sprung a leak – the track/trace and rectification works were done speedily. I've found Paul to be firm but fair and helpful whenever I've needed advice.

I was so lucky to find this firm, chosen, as it is local and from reading the reviews. It is excellent. All the tradesmen are experts in their own fields, do a really good job and are a pleasure to have in the house. My bathroom had been knocked into the loo, in an old house with uneven walls and floors. They’ve solved all the issues. Big shout out to Martin, who expertly dealt with the most difficult tiles I could have chosen, but John, Matt, Sonny, Tom and all are brilliant, expertly overseen by Paul who is always at the end of a phone. Thanks so much Guys!

My wife and I have been extremely impressed with the high quality of service and workmanship that the team at C H Parker have provided. All the team have been incredibly polite, punctual, and helpful throughout the renovation of our bathroom.

During the whole process Paul kept in touch to ensure that everything was going to plan and that we were happy with the work being undertaken. This was very much appreciated.

John and Martin, who were involved with the majority of the work, deserve particular recognition. They worked unstintingly hard throughout and ensured that everything was kept clean and tidy (so we didn't feel as though we were living in a building site). The standard of their craftsmanship was particularly high. The perfect tiling, in a somewhat wonky room, with particularly small tiles was particularly impressive!

I have already recommended C H Parker to others and would not hesitate to do so again in the future. A really professional outfit.

"Fittment of new radiators"

Phoned this company as I had been reccomended to them by a friend. Although I had three new designer radiators I had bought I asked if they could provde two others for the bathroom and shower room which they did along with new thermostat valves for all.
They came and had a look at what was required and phoned me with in two days with a quote which was really good. I accepted this and arranged a date for them to be fitted. As we are in lock down did not think it would be so quick the one thing they did specify was that while the work was done that we kept the 2 meter distance from the operative WHICH WE DID.
The lad who came to fit them was named Adam who was very professional in the way he conducted himself also the work he did so clean and tidy. I would reccomend anyone thinking of having this type of work done to contact them first.

"New kitchen - excellent service"

We are really happy with our new kitchen fitted by CH Parker. They made the process stress free even though major works were completed. Removal of the old kitchen, structual work, new plumbing and kitchen were all carried out in a timely manner.

The were flexible when small amemdments to the plan were requested. All works completed to a high standard and we would highly recommend them.

Needed a new shower fitting, great service, John the plumber polite efficient and tidy. Arrived on time, job price as quoted.
Wish I had found C H Parker sooner, if I need a plumber will call them first.
