The work was done in less than a week with a high quality. And during installation workers were polite and respectful, were working very fast and careful to make sure everything is fitted perfectly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Relm Bespoke to create a stunning TV panelling and rack for my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we contacted them with our bespoke ideas, Konstantin provided exemplary customer service, always available and eager to answer any questions we had.

"Unfortunately i felt scammed by them"

Unfortunately i felt scammed by them. They called and tried to set up a meeting that i had assumed was a proposal meeting to give an accurate pricing quote. Turns out it was a chargeable design appointment as if i had already agreed to a build which I had absolutely not agreed to. The cost of this appointment was not mentioned at any point in the booking call with their agent and so I felt scammed when after 5 min of measurement I was presented with a 75 pound bill and asked 'cash or card'. I have never been charged by a company for the privilege of offering me a quote for their services with zero services provided thus far. The audacity! The whole thing left a low trust feeling and if they are willing to go down this hidden charges route I don't think u can really trust them to not have yet more hidden charges. We declined all future appointments and will go with a more transparent firm in the future.

"Fabric stand for our shop"

We commissioned Relm Bespoke to make a custom built fabric stand for our fabric shop. We were very impressed with the finished unit which is just what we had in mind. The Relm team were very helpful with accommodating our requests and produced 3D designs to help visualize the finished stand. Already talking about a second display stand with them!
