Picked up a pair of Jordan 4s from them, and i couldn't be happier! the price was great, and the shoes look and feel authentic. I've worm them for a few weeks now, and they're holding up really well. Customer service was also responsive when I had a question about my order.

Hoodie was great. But never received a tracking number and shipping was longer than the 2-3 days that they claimed.

I had a customs hoodie made when I got it it wasn't how I asked them to have it they seem to be willing to work with me and send me a new one I never received it it's been over a month well over a month I haven't even received the tracking number the only thing that they tell me is that oh it's coming from Mexico but on the website it seems like it's coming from Thailand and my order is just lost they don't seem to be concerned with helping me understand what's going on very unhappy with the customer service and I feel like I just wasted my money I want my money back. But If I get my order then I would definitely take back my negative review. We started off well but, If I can get what I asked for then everything would be ok. This review is the only way I can express I'm not happy with how they are handling the situation. Please just get me my product. I don't want to wait another month to be told my order got lost.
