I attempted to order sleep wear for my wife for her birthday, but the website said Zzzana was temporarily out of her size. So, I contacted Customer Care to learn if and when the stock would be replenished.
Adriana responded a short while later saying that she thought they one item of my wife's size available from the store, and that she could make it available for an online purchase. Voila - problem solved.
The ensemble arrived a day or two later. Fast forward to today, my wife's birthday. She loves her new pyjamas and robe. Thank you Adriana and Zzzana.
