Great products and fantastic customer service. Recently I had an order where there was an issue relating to delivery and Rachel re dispatched the order to save further delay.
The issue was not down to her, but due to Royal Mail but Rachel was concerned that there had been a delay and so took a call to make sure I received my order before looking into resolving this with the Royal Mail.
This shows how important customer service is to her.
