Would not give any stars. Be warned this Queensland based company doesn't abide by minimum 3 year voucher NSW rules. Did not provide massages due to Covid. The company would not refund. Got absolutely nothing for the money.

Horrific Experience!
We booked and pre paid for 5 of us ladies for 1 hour pamper packages as part of a hens weekend away. We booked and paid for them in Feb for April however due to covid had to have it canceled. The only option we were given was to put it in a gift voucher. Now restrictions have lifted in Qld and when I went to rebook Ali said they weren’t operating and not looking at operating in the future. When I asked for a refund she refused saying the only option was to redeem on spa boxes. When I said we don’t need spa products we just either want what we paid for or our money back. Ali was so rude and again replied the only option is to redeem on spa product boxes. Once I looked to find what was in these boxes on the website I was shocked to see nothing was listed of displayed. Clearly she would send all her left overs of stock. It’s left such a bad taste in our mouths and so disappointed as Covid -19 period has been so hard on so many people. Now we have had $600 stolen from us.

Such a great business. This is the third time we have booked with them. Have had to postpone our booking with them due to travel restrictions, we usually book each year. Ali was so supportive and helpful given the circumstances with rescheduling next year. They added on some complimentary treatments and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and informed. Love em.

"Compassionless with disgusting customer service."
Absolutely disgusting customer service! We booked for a hens weekend at the start of April '20, during such time beforehand the Coronavirus pandemic resulted in travel being restricted. Our group lives 5hrs away from Ripple Massage, and therefore we were making a specialised trip to the coast. When we had to cancel our trip, Ripple refused to show any compassion and refused to provide a cash refund for the services we had paid in full for. We are now left almost $500 out of pocket, with no resolution. We have been told that despite the pandemic and travel restrictions, their policy will only give us vouchers to use within 3 years (again we live 5 hours away... it was a special one off trip).

I had a massage with Vanessa today , one of the best massages I have had she worked on areas I have trouble with giving them a little more TLC was so relaxing , and the best part is they come to your home so you don’t have to drive afterwards you can just sit back and relax. Will definitely be doing this again !!
