Amazing products and super fast delivery. The whole process was smooth and fuss free and the variety of products is fantastic. My car smells amazing and the scented oil will last me for a long time. The aroma is rich and has filled my car with the most gorgeous scent. No more cardboard fresheners which last a week at best. Excited to try some different scents in my next order!

Ordered and paid for an item, no confirmation email, no product delivered but money has been taken. Have messaged using their online contact form and on Instagram and no reply. Will now have to raise a dispute with the bank 😡

"Low quality, wrong scent and no communication"
I have contacted Luxury Car Scent on 2 occasions and they've ignored both, I'm sure they'll reply to this. I ordered Ombre Nomad car diffuser, which smells nothing like the smell, I have the original fragrance. The product cap looks different to what was on their website and has perfume written on it. It will delivered by Etsy, which is not the company I bought from. It's a low quality product, something you would get free from a car wash. To verify, this is my order number: 5717

Terrible customer service board line fraudulent… ordered items 6th feb still nothing received 15th march . Communicating via messenger one response from company saying evri tried to deliver which is not true as I was at home on the day it said tried as work from home and not now responding to my many messages even though asked for refund … do not order from these people

"Tragic quality"
The item completely different from the one shown in the photos, its very ugly, not stylish at all. Very poorly packed, looks tragic. Ordered it as a gift for a fiend, it was such a shame watching how ugly it looked like. On the shipping label its said that delivery was made by ETSY, so its cheep dropshipping product. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered qty 2 diffusers, received only 1 and not in the style that I requested, I have emailed and left numerous private messages on Instagram asking for someone to contact me, unfortunately these have gone unanswered. Next stop will be to report to trading standards.

I have also replied to the email address from which I received the order confirmation, maybe this time you will have the courtesy to respond
