Support is bad you have to wait hours for support. Owners don't know how to answer half of their own questions, nor do they know how some aspects of their own VPS actually work.

Lead to believe this is all made just for a quick buck.

i had a host which experienced ip leaks through host, i asked if i could get an IP switch (which was recommended that I had asked this by multiple Velocity Users I was already talking to) so I created a ticket and in the end I was told there were "No IPs left for the current node" which was actually a lie because I turned around and purchased same VPS one more time, with a new IP address. Ended up canceling plans afterwards because something seems malicious or suspicious. Ended up receiving dry direct messages as well in tickets, unhelpful answers like "Did you try changing your password".........?

I have bought a vps with them twice now, and they function pretty well, however: the reason I am docking 2 stars is because:
1. After I bought my first vps (approx 1.5 months ago), I had a few issues regarding credit and the ticket response times were not that great.
2. After I bought the second vps which was one of their deluxe-1 vps's (i9-9900k core) I noticed that the clock speed for the 1 core was apparently stuck at base 3.6GHz speed. EDIT: I have gotten a response saying that clockspeeds aren't reporting properly due to it being KVM. Upgrading to 4 stars from 3.
However, I have to admit, their support seems to have improved as they have a good support pin system now and the response times have improved tremendously to only about 3 hours (9:15pm to 12:05am) for a response from one of the owners.

One of the best priced Virtual Servers hosting provider out there, with the best pricing. It helped me start of my interest in Linux and now I have become quite good at using it. A must for anyone who wants to buy a vps for either commercial or development purposes. Don't choose budget plan for commercial purposes if you need a fast vps. I would recommend either going for a plus vps or deluxe, which increases performance by a ton and adds a lot of features too! I myself upgraded from budget to deluxe and am enjoying it a lot.

Since CPU is capped at 30% I won't really recommened the $2 plan, you can't use the RAM allocated to you, fortunately they refunded me the full amount as server is of no use if CPU is gonna idle at 100%.
