Don’t even deserve one star!
Absolutely terrible service!!! The lady was rude no help and over charging!! She didn’t listen asked for a small bottle of perfume and charged me for the bigger bottle of perfume she charged me twice for some pyjamas. The pyjamas were 49 pound and they charged me 98 pound. Then the perfume I wanted was 67 pound and they charged me 97 pound,

They then refunded me 98 pound for the pyjamas and then told me I had to pay 49 pound again but also told me I had to wait 5-10 days for my refund this is unacceptable quick enough to take my money but charge me double the money! I am absolutely disgusted with this!!! I want some compensation for this as now I can’t buy my mum a Mother’s Day present due to there incompetence!!! I would’ve even bother shopping here the lady was rude absolutely appalling service!!!!!

yesterday i went to the thornbury store and purchased products for my home , once i got home i connected all the components and found that a splitter box values at under $90 didn't work . i have a vast amount of experience in this area so i returned to the store and asked if i could buy the next model up or give me a refund . To my surprise they said they said we don't have the next model up. so i asked for a refund . Well this is where they said if its not faulty we wont give you a refund . i informed them that all the outputs are working but the unit just did not work with a 10 m lead . again they refused to refund me i left the store with the product which they couldn't even repack for me . NO explanation as i walked out the store. sorry cant give zero stars
