"Customer Service severely lacking."
Considering Drakes are such a ‘prestige’ store purporting quality and luxury, it’s sad to say their customer service is anything but.
Granted, the initial issue with the delivery of my order emanates from DPD, but the subsequent quality of customer care regarding the issue in question from the store was awful and to this day, over a month later, I still haven’t received my order whilst my money still sits with Drakes on their side!
Had it not been for myself chasing up the issue with the store repeatedly after initial enquiring as to what would happen with my order, would I have had any correspondence/ follow-up with them? Being as it’s been myself initiating all contact and updates thus far, It’s highly doubtful!
I take no pleasure in having to write such a negative review, but there’s only so many times you can be polite over the phone, before there comes a point where you have to say : “There’s an issue here, so what are you as the store responsible for my order going to do about it?”
Again, a month later and still nothing. Awful customer service and the only reason it makes for a 2* review is that the initial problem was not the stores fault. The subsequent handling - or lack thereof - of said problem however, falls directly to them!
