This is a scam , jewelry is cheap. They refused to cancel my order with the excuse that was shipped already, they charged my credit card almost $100.00 dollars for cheap and smelling of lead pieces of jewelry. they go by different names with same story Timeless Treasures, Amelia's Jewlery, Linjoe,Ella's Boutique, Mary's Gems. It's a scam do not buy !

SCAM. The store mentioned craft.... but it is China made... I am trying to cancel, and they are refusing.
I bought directly from helens-gems.com, but the very same itens are found in china websites , and now that One off my orders were shipped With a track Number provided by e-mail @helens-gems there are evidence that it was shipped from China, no Utah as mentioned… they are fraudsters

"I thought this was a genuine company…"
I thought this was a genuine company that was closing down. It is not. I thought it was based in the UK, it is not. The necklace I ordered was three separate necklaces which look cheap. This company also trades as Amelia's Jewels. Do not buy from them. In response to this review I then received a reply saying a lot of company's were impersonating their products and in future I was to ensure I ordered through Helens-gems.com. This order was through that address !!! But they cannot find my details. Helen's Gems if you wish to contact me to explain please do.
