I have some trouble of recognition of MS word old file and it's not opening with new MSoffice 365 !! I had approached Glamtech and they have given me multiple solutions and finally they have helped me by connecting remotely and resolved the issues with my uncompatable versions !! Mr.Surjeet is very patient in understanding and helped me in restoring the software and I could able to read all my files !!
