As usual, a friendly and efficient service. Martin came round to service the boiler. He rang beforehand to let us know his ETA. A piece of pipe needed replacing as a result of a rogue rodent! This seemed to fix the slight 'whistling' we had been experiencing. The boiler now runs so quietly you wouldn't know it was on. It's reassuring to have a contract with Martin's company as we have every faith in his skill and workmanship.

After receiving very poor service from an engineer we had called previously it was fantastic service from Martin at the Boiler Service Company. After making a call at about 10am on a very cold wintry morning, I was surprised to be given an appointment later in the day. From start to finish Martin was very knowledgeable about the problem with our boiler and even had the part with him that was going to sort our problem. In no time at all the part was fitted safety checks were completed and now we have a very warm home and plenty of hot water. Thank you again Martin it was a pleasure meeting you and would not hesitate to recommend your service at any time.
