I have to return car mats they were the wrong size and it was no problem for them to send the right ones and collect the other ones it was done by phone and emails very quickly

The mats arrived on time and well packaged.
However, the front mats have holes in them to possibly fix to the car floor. My HR-V is 4 weeks old and there is now provision for this. We have kept them as they do the trick but the drivers mat does move. God knows what these holes are for.
