They dont carry the hinge support I needed, the texh person for the hinge outlet gave me the tech personals number from the supplier they use to get their inventory from and we were able to find a part that they had that would work for the project I have. They gave me a part number that the hinge outlet could order for me.
It made everything a whole lot easier.
Other places I tried said, sorry we don't carry a hinge support that will work with that chest top that heavy/large.

Getting hold of a sales person was not easy. I had to call four times over the course of a week to finally talk to someone. Once that was done, the order was placed efficiently. Just surprising that a sales office does not pick up the phone almost instantly. But, I don't know, maybe it's a small operation.
