They have a excellent product. The website was easy to navigate to order and the delivery was on time.

I received a front left side rotor, two front right side rotors, and one rear left side rotor. So a pat on the back for them, they sent four rotors. After waiting 15 days I finally called them to find out what was going on and they told me that one of the rotors didn’t ass QC. and they had trying to get a hold of me. I had no missed calls or texts or emails, maybe my cat got hold of the carrier pigeon? After seven phone calls and countless pictures I have decided to go with EBC brakes, this was a Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter who was not quite as happy getting a car which she could not drive.

I order pads and rotors for all 4 wheels. I only received rear pads and a rotor for the front and a rotor for the rear. For $400+ I would maybe recommend sourcing brakes from someone that’s going to make sure you get all of your parts.

I eventually got all parts. The second package did not have tracking in my shop app.

This company also claims to make brakes from scratch but even after 15 minutes after the order was placed I asked get a refund because the shipping was $300 to ship where I live. they want a restocking fee even if the order has not been “manufactured. This company does not follow old fashioned “customer is always right policy” as they also demanded that I delete this review.
