Contacted Back to the Office as I had a question about the Moccamaster KBG Select, it was early Thursday evening when I sent it, so I did not expect a reply till the next day. I received a reply that evening from Jamie which answered my question. I Ordered it Friday morning and thanked Jamie for getting back to me and to say I ordered the Moccamaster (free delivery). He said he put on express service for me and it would be with me on Tuesday at the latest. Well I received it the next day, Saturday.
It was a great customer experience.

I just want to start off by saying that I was sceptical of this company at first. As with any online retailer you've never heard of you can never be too careful but I bit the bullet and tried to order the product I found. After a small issue involving payment of a CPU I hadn't received an confirmation email and got worried because I'd seen the money leave my account. It was around 23:00 at this time and I sent an email just under the presumption that they would reply the following morning.
I received an email very quickly after with an actual person and helped me figure out the problem. The money was refunded due to being out of stock.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service provided by Jamie. It's also worth mentioning that the problem was NOT the companies, it was entirely mine.

"I ordered a laptop for my son’s…"
I ordered a laptop for my son’s birthday on Monday 7th October. On Wednesday the 9th I received an email to inform me that there was an inventory issue and they didn’t have the item in stock. Rather than just offering me a refund or to wait until the stock was back in, they offered me an alternative and one that was more expensive but at no extra cost to me, or the option to cancel the order. I am so grateful for the way this was dealt with. I understand that sometimes things happen that we cannot control.
The customer service was great and I for one cannot wait to see my son’s face on Sunday morning when he opens his presents!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Andy and the team at back to the office for you time, service and support! It has been greatly appreciated!

"An Honest Review from an IT Professional"
To be honest, I heard about Back To The Office through a referral, so I went and had a look at their products and offerings, with a view initially to comparing them to other vendors where I shop usually for components and other peripherals, depending on what I need which is usually enterprise grade equipment.
I was impressed at how close the Back To The Office pricing was to those other competitors, some things were a little more (within 3%) and some others were less (within 5%) of the competitors. I knew I needed a printer and some other bits, so I went shopping.
I will admit, I knew what type of Printer I wanted, but I couldn't search properly to find the answer I was looking for, so me being me, I hit up the customer service team and basically asked the question of "Here is what I want, can you go find me it please?". I was not expecting a fast response, but I gave a budget, and off they went. I was not expecting a same day response.
The team came back to me that night (yes, out of hours), and gave me a couple of options if i recall, and one they put forward met all my requirements, was under my budget by a long shot, and was exactly what I was looking for. I placed the order along with another item I was looking for and it has arrived 2 days later.
It was only after I purchased the goods cause of the excellent service, that I actually did a price check, and Back To The Office were cheaper than competitors most of the time, and was one of the items which was 5% cheaper than other vendors. So props there!
I will be using Back To The Office in the future, and this is a recommendation for anyone here to look at them as well.
