Hard to tell how I'd feel if I wasn't taking it but so far it is great on breakfast serial. No so good as a drink because like other fine powdered drinks the solids don't easily blend in with the liquids so maybe some research and experimentation worthwhile in that area? Other brands in this market deliver effervescing liquids to create a fizzy drink? I know it wouldn't be for everyone but have you considered capsules to take it like a multi-vitamin?
