I have recently bought several art items from Sulis Fine Art. The items was shipped in two parcels and to no fault of theirs the danish customs and tax administration or the Danish postal services failed to inform me of the toll payment required for delivery of the parcel. It was because of that returned to Sulis Fine Art in England. 
Their customer service has been so helpful in resolving this issue and made the shipment back to me with no additional fee using DHL Express. Outstanding service and one happy Dane here :)
