Hice un pedido el 27 de noviembre de dos muñecas. Han tardado en llegar, pero una me llegó el 29 de diciembre y la otra me han escrito que me llega hoy el paquete.
Yo también creía que era una estafa e hice una reclamación a PayPal por donde yo había realizado el pago, pero finalmente han llegado y están muy bien.
Nonos preocupéis que seguro que llegan, aunque sea para los Reyes Magos.

Auriol quería decirte que insistas en tus quejas, yo envié varios correos, y al final han llegado. Tenía la misma sensación que tienes tú de verdad.

Purtroppo i tempi di consegna non vengono rispettati. La bambola arrivata non è identica alla foto, soprattutto i capelli, però è carina e mia figlia è contenta.

I ordered a doll for my daughter on the 27th November and so far the doll appears to have traveled from China to Kansas City in the USA. We are in Australia. I have sent several emails to the service centre but have received no response. More and more I suspect that this is a scam operation and now we are left without a doll for my daughter. I will delete this review if the doll arrives.

The very positive reviews are all suspiciously similarly worded and I’d strongly suggest that buyers steer clear of this seller.

I don't even want to give 1 star. Super sad. Have 3 daughters and ordered a doll for my youngest for Christmas which will never arrive. I doubt I will get a refund because of the fake generic emails I've received back from 'customer service'. It's a joke, it's theft. DO NOT order form this site. So upset...

"Never arriving"

It’s a disaster. I ordered the doll 1 month ago and we don’t have any news about it. They send an automatic message saying it’s on the way but the tracking number is not available. Waiting the doll for Christmas and I think I will have to buy an other one in a store because of the late (or never) delivery.
Very desapointed to pay this price and have customer service that bad.

The baby doll perfect and very realistic. It's almost like my daughter was when she was a baby. For a 4-year-old child gift, this is definitely a good choice.

Did a command 1 month ago and still not arrived! They says it arrived in my country in Belgium, when the track says it's in Holland!!! They never know where are packages they send!!! Fake news, fake track, and doll still not arrived!!!!

Encomendei a boneca em 10/11/20, no dia 18/11/20 enviaram me uma mensagem de texto a dizer que o nome para enviar a encomenda tinha que ser mais curto. Enviei então o nome por email pois por mensagem de Texto não consegui. Desde esse dia que envio e-mail para saber se estava tudo bem com a encomenda e mais ou menos qual seria o prazo de entrega. E até hoje ainda não tenho resposta nenhuma. Isto é normal?
