"Dissatisfied customer"

Placed my order on October 31,2023. Order number 231101051308672. Never received my order nor an email of explanation however they did charge my card $52.30.

"Customer service is bad.."

I have received my order ok. Later on, I requested further information and have been chasing ever since. Nobody answers the calls, nobody is replying to emails. In essence no after care service. Its a shame, the company is letting themselves down.. They lost me as a customer, as they (thankfully) have competition.

"Tea Tree oil labelled as Papyrus oil"

Ordered Papyrus oil, received Tea Tree oil, in bottle labelled Papyrus.

I already have genuine papyrus oil to compare scent from visits to Egypt.

"Refused to refund me for items I did…"

Refused to refund me for items I did not receive, they told me thier liability to refund had expired and then ignored my further emails. When lockdown finishes & I’ve had my jabs I will be paying them a visit, London style. There is no customer service or responsibility at this company.

This was the first company I'd purchased my aromatherapy products from 2016 to the present. I've always received all products ordered, and great customer service. Their products are very good quality, from essential oils, creams and base oils. My order was packaged well and arrived prompt. Thank you!

"It’s a NO"

I would give no stars if possible.
Refused to refund me for items I did not receive and then ignored my further emails. There is NO customer service at this company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

"I placed an order with this company on…"

I placed an order with this company on 7th November which was acknowledged. On 11th November I logged on to see when the items would be dispatched only to find the order "on hold". I have emailed them twice, I have left a voicemail (the line is constantly engaged) and still no one has the courtesy of a reply or call. I now want to cancel the order but without anyone to speak to - how can I do this.

I have ordered from them in the past and their products are good, however with what has happened this time, I doubt I will order again. What a pity.

Update - I finally had a snotty reply from the company, came in 1 hour ago. Date today is 21st March 2024. Review left November 2019. Nothing more to say.

"Products good but customer service not the best"

Much to my surprise, I got an email from this shop telling me I had been right about the points system not working! They also restored the outstanding points they had taken away. I have therefore put up their stars from one to four. It takes quite a lot to admit you were wrong about something then put it right. I will now be using them in the future because I always liked their products.

In the past, I have used this company a lot. I have also left good reviews on ebay. Their products are quite good and reasonably priced.
However, a company only shows its true colours when something goes wrong.
The company has a reward points system, and they used to give you discount off your order automatically. Then they changed their website. I placed an order, had points to redeem, but the checkout had nowhere to apply the points. I emailed them and they said "you should be able to".
So I lost those points. Then a few months later I wanted to place another order. Again, nowhere to apply the points, which by now had mounted up considerably. I emailed them prior to placing the order and again the reply was "you should be able to apply the points". After another couple of emails, they said if I placed an order they would send me the discount money via paypal. I placed the order, and no money was forthcoming. I emailed again and they sent me the money, but with a fee deducted. As always their first response was denial "there was no fee it was a refund" and I had to send them a screenprint.
I then emailed them and said that I would not be placing any more orders until they got the website sorted out so I could get the points discounted on checkout. I got yet another denial, telling me "It is your choice. There is nothing wrong with the website"
No offer to try and sort this out. I sent another email telling them I was not computer illiterate and there was definitely no place to redeem the points online.
A day or so later, the owner had gone onto my account and swiped my remaining points off my account!!
I cannot believe such awful behaviour.
