Excellent customer service. The bottle holder is great and easy to fit. It has made it so much easier for my young boys to change the water themselves and the bottle no longer gets knocked off the cage as it is safely inside. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve ordered a lot of these now as they are great for adding colour to enclosures and far easier than attaching water bottles with a wire, however, I’ve taken to always wiping down the bottles after filling them and never turning the cage mounted bolts too tight as the first handful of these I bought, the plastic degraded and cracked within a few months, so there is definitely a bit more maintenance to consider if you want them to last a while and get your money’s worth
