Adapt Computing is a company I always use for my computer needs...The Company has given me excellent advice when purchasing hardware and when purchased has serviced it regularly and updated software when necessary. I have also received in-house training, which has given me extra confidence in using the computers and software effectively. There have been times when I have needed a quick response to a query or problem, and that has always been forthcoming...whatever time of day or night. I am not an expert user but have had complex systems explained to me in a clear and understandable way. Not only that, I have always been dealt with in a courteous and respectful manner, however small my problem or seemingly trivial it may have ended up being...although of course, not trivial to me. I would highly recommend this company for its up-to-date knowledge of the computer and its personal customer-focused service. Any costs for the service have been clearly explained beforehand and alternatives given, so that at no time have i ever felt under pressure to choose a higher-cost alternative, if it did not suit my needs or pocket.
