It was actually my fault. I ordered the wrong impact drill adapter. I sent a contact us to see if I could exchange it a week ago. I have gotten a response back.

I ordered 6 impact sockets (5 were 3/8” drive, 1 was 1/2”). The shipping was quick and the checkout process was easy. However, I was confused when I received 5 sockets on the day of delivery. I immediately contacted Genius Tools, and they responded quickly the next day. They said that it was out of stock at the time of when my package was made, and knowing so co tinier to send the package without a socket, and without telling me. It was a little annoying but it was handled quickly and professionally, so I applaud that.

I tried to order 7/16", 1/2" drive swivel socket. The order was cancelled due to it not being available and there was an error on their website. It is still listed. I ordered a deep well socket of the same size. It is 2" long, The inside depth is only 3/4". It is not a deep well. I contacted them to return it and was ignored.
I do not recommend.
