The online service was good and efficient, but when I actually went to collect my order, the service wasn’t so good. I looked online to see when the nominated branch (Holloway Road) I had chosen to collect my order was open, and it said the store I chose was open on Sunday. When I got there though, although the store was open, the pharmacy counter was not, so I couldn’t collect my order. The staff member I approached on the shop floor to ask about it brusquely told me to come back on Monday. I went back on the Monday, arriving at around 12.50, only to find the pharmacy counter was shut for lunch, with a sign saying it was closed for lunch until 13.05. I waited around, and it finally opened at around 13.07, so I’d waited for nearly 20 minutes to collect my order, which wasn’t ideal and wasn’t very convenient.

I was sent a dud pen and was rudely told it won't be replaced. That's £222 down the drain. Will be going to Asda on my next order.

It's was no hassle put in all detail recently weight blood pressure etc reviewed by doctor approved and picked up. Better than waiting 30/45 minutes on phone waiting to get through reception today at gp to then wait for call back to discuss. People who work dont have time to be waiting on phones and call back. This service is very efficient service I've had no problems at all
