I ordered a specific pair of sunglasses and was sent the wrong frames. When I returned the product, I was informed that the original frames were out of stock—yet instead of receiving a full refund, I was given store credit.

When I tried to use the credit, the frame I selected showed a sale price of $231. But as soon as I applied the store credit code, the price jumped to $385. I reached out to customer service to request a refund instead of using this unusable store credit, and heard nothing back for days. When someone finally responded, my concerns were dismissed and my refund request was ignored.

Bottom line: I was charged for a product I didn’t receive, instead was sent different frames without being asked if I wanted that, not offered a proper resolution, and am now stuck with credit I can’t use without being overcharged. Extremely disappointed I chose to give this company another chance. Shame on GlassesUSA for this poor customer service and shady business practice.
