"Excellent meat quality, superb Customer service"

I have been a loyal customer for a couple of months now. Meat quality is excellent, yet they prices are way cheaper compared to other online shops.
It is worth mentioning that their customer service is superb. My last order was delayed for reasons related to the courier service (DHL). Online meat shop’s customer service (esp Mr Hussain) handled my situation very well. They were so considerate and super helpful. They made contacted with DHL on my behalf and when they found out that parcel will be delayed for one more day and probably ruined they made sure that I received a replacement order same day (before the bank holiday). They sent their local delivery service all the way to my house same day.
As long as they keep the same meat quality and the same customer service standards, I’m their loyal customer forever ISA.
