"Do not do business with Pigeon Mountain Trading Company, they are honorless"

I ordered 2 nucs, each was supposed to have a queen, only one of the nucs had a queen. They were 2 weeks late for delivery, and when they arrived the only one with a queen in it was completely destroyed, only a handful of bees survived. When I tried to contact Pigeon mountain they completely ignored me. I requested they send me at least the missing queen to keep the remaining colony alive but they couldnt care less about their customers, do not do business with Pigeon Mountain Trading Company they do not honor their contracts.

I have purchased 8 packages of honeybees form Pigeon River. All arrived without incident form USPS. In one, the queen was not alive, so it was replaced quickly without question by Pigeon Mountain.. In another one, there was no brood by the prior queen so I purchased another queen. This one arrived in 2 days by Fedex, but all the supporting bees were dead, and the queen was barely alive. I gave her some water and honey and she perked up. It remains to be seen how she will do. Overall, I have been favorably impressed by their service.
