Wanted a price to service and mot my ‘05 GL1800. They emailed me back to say they only service bikes up to ten years old. Well it’s a good job I can do it myself!. Unexpected reply from them seeing as they have a purpose built service dept and are a Goldwing centre who will sell you an older Wing but will it be serviced by them???

I was looking online and decided to apply for finance for a bike which was easy through the Doble website and onto their finance partner. My credit isn’t great so I was pleased to find finance through Doble. I purchased the bike but from there it was pretty down hill.
First the whole process took nearly 2 weeks for seemingly for no real reason. The finance company was willing to pay out from day 0 and were excellent however Doble stalled the process. They claimed that a lot of work needed to be done to install an aftermarket restrictor which I had requested however the bike had much more work than that all compacted into the last minute before I picked up the bike. There was an MOT completed on the morning I picked up the bike even though they had weeks to sort it out.
The pictures and video of the bike was a year out of date, having been sold in the interim and given back to Doble. The bike had racked up 20k miles since the pictures and video was taken. It was obviously ragged as several service stamps were missing. I was told it had full service history but it had missed an 8k, 12k, 16k, 20k and 24k service as well as even its annual service. All within the space of about 13 months. I only have the word of the mechanic who said that the oil looked as if it had been changed off the record as it was quite clean.
Before I picked up the bike the battery, tyres, oil, filters, coolant flush, just about everything was done. Absolute state the bike must have been in and if the photos had been accurate I would have never purchased the bike.
After all this I am very happy with the bike although it’s far from as advertised. Suffice to say I won’t be purchasing a bike from this place ever again.

Very professional, excellent customer service, staff are honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
I have been able to speak to Doble when I needed to ( for warranty, service questions etc ), they were very responsive and informative. As a new rider, it's good to know that I have support from Doble motorcycles if I have any questions or problems.
I really appreciate that Doble are determined to do good job, rather than just trying to make a sale.

Bought 2 bikes from Doble a Triumph Tiger, and a Honda CMX1100, and both times got great service. I've called for general help, even when it wasn't a sale, and the salesman was knowledgeable and spent time with me. I like them.

Recently bought my Triumph Street Triple R from Doble Motorcycles and dealt with the wonderful Ian.
He was a huge help and answered all the questions with speedy email replies, checking in on delivery day with a cheery phone call to make sure I was up to date.
Delivery day arrived and I couldn't wait, my gorgeous bike arrived on time and I met Hugh. What a great guy! Clearly loves his bikes and had lots of information and tips for me.
The bike is fantastic and running beautifully. So happy with this purchase and the amazing service from a happy and helpful team.

Hats of to Martin from servicing and Colin from clothing. Two of the most professional guys you would want to interact with. Martin ensure my service went as planned, and offer some good advice on how to keep my bike going. Colin was a gem and very helpful. While trying to decide on the type top box to get, he made the decision very easy for me and a sale was done. Keep up the good work guys. Colin fingers cross you will get break.

Excellent service by Paul and his team. I secretly purchased my son’s new dream bike and Paul went every extra mile to deliver a tailored package and prepare for a big surprise for my son. The day of “delivery” itself was unforgettable as my son and I “passed by the shop to buy some items” on a ride together. We were “just browsing” and Paul approached us and showed on my request my unsuspecting son a black CBR650R, but unfortunately “that one was already sold”. My son could not believe it when he was shown the invoice with his name on it by Paul and after the shock is very much in love with it and has been riding it and looking at it every day since. Brilliant & Unforgettable 😀
An overall courteous service by Doble who clearly want to build relationships with customers than just achieve number of sales. Sets them apart from other Dealers I approached previously big-time. Many thanks!!

I had a great experience regarding the service received. I sent an email to the store about my interest in buying a Forza 350. The other day I already received an email from the store.
