"Scammer company with roof inspection fraud"

Update on 6-05-2022: I paid the inspection bill under protest. This has turned into a legal dispute now and I had to seek legal help. Fortunately, Achmea Rechtsbijstand took over. They are handling my case. I wish no business with NL Zonnepanelen ever again. Be extra careful if you are doing business with it.

Update on 21-04-2022: received a bill of 145,20€ for their 10 minutes NO-ROOF-CLIMBING inspection. Be very very careful with this company!!!

I DO NOT recommend this company. Reason is simple: they have very good sales but really bad installation service.

The sales talked to you like they were installing panels on their own roof. They would do good calculations for you, they would explain all the good numbers to you.

BUT when it comes to real inspection it's another story. One guy with only a piece of paper showed up and took a look at your roof. Less than 10 minutes. Boom. Done. Your roof is good to go. Not to mention he was late for 50minutes :)

Wait a minute... how the hell can you make sure my roof is good for the plan you drew up on satellite images? How the hell can you make sure by eyes that my dormer(in Dutch dakkapel) is strong enough to hold solar panels? I specifically asked to check my dormer because if it's too risky to install panels there I would go for more panels on my northeast side. But apparently, they don’t care. They just wanted me to pay ASAP.

There was no whatsoever equipment used during the inspection, but only a pair of good eyes. So I called Sven, my salesman, and told him that I didn't trust the company anymore and wanted to cancel the quotation. And right after, we were not friends anymore…

Two weeks later now I’m still waiting for them to close the offer. They didn’t answer my email but only sent me the bill to pay 50% of the full amount of the quotation. What a nice experience! Not sure what game they are playing but let's see.
