I placed an order over the weekend. On Monday I received a call from Advantage to say they were out of stock of the item I had ordered. As I needed it urgently Advantage sent me an alternative, which arrived on Tuesday.

Everything was fine except there was no communication, confirming the order or any advice regarding the delivery. The items did arrive as hoped but as there are scams supposedly from delivery companies referring to incorrect addresses such updates are valuable.
