Couldn’t have been more helpful. Ordered the item for me in store, advised on delivery times and contacted me directly to let me know when it had arrived. Will use Floor Land again.

"Not satisfactory delivery notice"

Not sure why we did not receive the service that other reviewers are praising but after ordering my flooring I was not notified of a delivery date despite selecting to receive delivery updates by email/text etc.

The flooring arrived while we were not at the property and I was charged £40 to rearrange delivery date. I was given broad window of Monday-Friday when the repeat delivery would arrive and luckily we were available the second time.

After speaking to Floor land I was advised this was out of their hands as the delivery company would charge them either way to deliver again, this could have easily been avoided if we'd been notified of the delivery date in the first place. Considering the value of the delivery it is not acceptable to not provide an expected delivery time; far smaller companies manage it with far smaller items.

Lee was great to deal with, very helpful advising on the material and also on how to do the staircase which was the most important part. Dan and Callum did amazing fitting it. As the title says above and beyond! I’ve been building high end houses for over thirty years and would highly recommend floor land, ordered and received in two days, delivered personally as they where having problems shipping, that says it all+ didn’t try to tell me there was no flooring left, is was all vinyl now, like my original supplier, who I will not use again. Truth and your word in business are everything, they where bang on👍

I can’t recommend Lee and the team at Floor Land more if I tried! On a very tight schedule I was promised, delivered and kept fully informed throughout the process of ordering some laminate flooring! Not only was the floor delivered on the date agree, part of the order was unfortunately missing (which to be honest, I didn’t even realise). Fortunately, they did realise and Dan from Floor Land drove immediately from Warrington to Coventry just so I had it in time for the fitter! I can honestly say not many companies would do this and can’t recommend Lee, Dan and the rest in higher regard. Thanks again guys, great service and I’ll also state that your pricing is very competitive! Will use again! 5*!
