"Unfriendly Customer Service"

I was really looking forward to my trip to Morocco and reached out to this provider to ask a few questions. I was met with a very unpleasant and unhelpful response. Luckily I found an alternative service who have been so welcoming and have gone above and beyond. I would not recommend Paradise Morocco Tours at all and please stay away.

"These people are scammers"

These people are scammers. They took my money and refused to provide the tour service. Don't trust them and avoid!!!

We have recently returned from an incredible vacation to Morocco that lasted for nine days. Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, the Atlas mountains, Desert Camp, Fes, and Chefchaouen were some of the cities that we traveled to. The whole vacation was prepared for us by Paradise Morocco, and all we had to do was book our flights from the United States. Our family had a vacation that they will never forget thanks to our driver and tour guide Ibrahim. I wish there was a way for me to give him 10 stars. He has an excellent understanding of the history and culture of Morocco and will take you to all of the interesting spots in the country. He is an outstanding driver, but more importantly, he is a genuinely nice and giving human being. In the midst of the journey, I became ill, and he attended to me and my family as if we were members of his own, even transporting me to the hospital. He has been really patient with us and has consistently predicted what we would need in advance. My son, who is 8 years old, has developed a strong affinity with Ibra and longs for his buddy from Morocco. We are unable to express our gratitude to Paradise Morocco and Ibra for the incredible time we had there.
