"I've yet to receive my purchase but…"

I've yet to receive my purchase but I've just spoken to Mainfreight who have given me the tracking number. Is this something that you could have provided once the item had left your store so that I would have at least known it was in transit?

I was very impressed with the prompt delivery of my pool table. 2 days from purchasing to arrival. What I can't understand is why the ball delivery and the D are both on the same end. We then have to move the balls to the other end to break from the D.
